\uf0b7 Please make sure you include time for preparation and cleaning up during your booked time slot. Arriving early or leaving late is not acceptable as it may impinge on other people\u2019s booked (and paid) time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0b7 An Initial deposit will be charged at 50% of the total Hire Charges<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0b7 The balance must be paid no later than 28 days prior to date of hire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0b7 A refundable deposit of \u00a3100 may be required according to the nature of the event, and should be included with the balance payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0b7 There can be no serving of alcohol after 10.30pm, and no playing of music after 11pm. Any later sales, or the late playing of music is in breach of our lease and therefore of your booking contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0b7 No booking will be treated as confirmed until payment has been received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0b7 No refund can be made if notice of cancellation is received less than 28days before date of hire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0b7 Bookings by persons under the age of 18 can only be accepted at the discretion of The Charity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf0b7 The Charity reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time before the date of hire. The Charity will endeavour to give the Hirer the maximum notice possible should this unlikely situation arise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Extra points to note:
\uf0b7 Smoking is not permitted in any part of the building.
\uf0b7 The lighting of fireworks or bonfires is not permitted.
\uf0b7 In order to maintain the condition of the oak floors in our hall please do not allow the wearing of stiletto heels.
\uf0b7 The use of drawing pins, blue tack, sellotape or other such materials can damage the paintwork. Please use the hooks provided on the walls and beams for hanging bunting\/lights\/balloons etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
